Job Description
Role Overview
Wipro is hiring for a Premium International Blended Process role where you will handle customer queries across multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and chats. This is a full-time permanent position offering immediate joining opportunities for candidates with international BPO experience and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chat channels to resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on products and services to meet customer needs and expectations
- Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer requirements and preferences
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software for quality assurance and tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require additional support
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment handling international clients
- Fluent English communication skills for effective verbal and written communication with customers
- Commerce background preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills for resolving complaints efficiently

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years BPO or call center experience with international clients
