Customer Experience Partner

Role Overview Maersk is seeking an operational Customer Experience Partner in Chennai, India, to coordinate freight forwarding and simplify trade. Key Responsibilities - Execute freight forwarding activities for ocean, air, and inland shipments. - Prepare and validate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and invoices. - Deliver services aligned with Maersk's high Customer Experience benchmarks. - Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, resolving queries proactively. - Adhere to global trade compliance, customs regulations, and internal policies. - Collaborate with carrier partners and shipping lines to optimize routing costs. - Monitor carrier performance and escalate service failures promptly. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred). - 1 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations. - Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and trade regulations. - Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using logistics systems and MS Office tools. - Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
