Role Overview
PiceB. is a fast-growing fintech startup backed by Nexus Venture Partners that is transforming the way Indian SMEs handle payments, manage cash flows, and access credit. As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a key driver of product adoption, retention, and revenue growth. This role blends customer experience, relationship building, inside sales, and cross-selling to deliver exceptional outcomes for SME clients using Pice products.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to newly onboarded and existing customers to drive product activation and engagement
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable Pice payment and credit solutions
- Drive cross-selling of products including vendor payments, education payments, credit card bill payments, and upcoming credit offerings
- Educate customers on product features, fees, billing cycles, transaction limits, and usage journeys
- Follow up with interested leads to improve conversion and activation rates
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide timely, accurate resolutions
- Build lasting relationships with SME clients to improve retention and encourage repeat transactions
- Maintain accurate CRM records including call dispositions and customer interaction logs
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, activations, conversions, and revenue
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
Required Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, banking, or fintech is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a bonus
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls throughout the workday
- Strong persuasion, objection handling, and consultative selling skills
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to multitask in a target-driven environment
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is preferred
