Role Overview Conduent is looking for a Customer Experience Associate II to deliver mission-critical services on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and government clients. Based in Bengaluru, you will perform business support activities and resolve customer queries using data organization and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities - Assess incoming calls to provide immediate service, transfer appropriately, or initiate follow-up. - Identify customer needs by referring to case notes and examining cases individually. - Perform routine call center activities concerning business products and services. - Use standard scripts and established guidelines to meet service level agreements. - Provide customers with specialized information in a warm, empathetic manner. - Gather all necessary information to update the customer database accurately. - Escalate complex customer issues and complaints to senior-level team members. - Comply with all company standards, policies, and procedural guidelines. Required Qualifications - Strong communication and active listening skills. - Ability to organize data, solve problems, and manage workloads independently. - Warm, empathetic communication style with positive interpersonal skills. - Comfort using computers, customer databases, and standard call center scripts. - High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
