Job Description

Role Overview Wipro is hiring Customer Care Executives for their International US Healthcare Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to launch their career in customer service with one of India's leading IT services companies. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, provide product information, and maintain detailed interaction records in a professional 24/7 support environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming customer queries and support requests via phone calls with professionalism and efficiency - Provide accurate and detailed information about company products and services to address customer needs - Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and maintain data accuracy - Escalate complex issues to internal teams and collaborate for timely resolution Required Qualifications - Freshers or HSC/Graduates with fluent English communication skills - Ability to work fixed night shifts with rotational weekly offs in a full-time capacity - Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English language - Comfortable working from office with high attendance reliability Why Join Us Wipro offers a supportive work environment with on-site transport facility within company boundaries.
