Role Overview Skyway Solution is actively seeking experienced Credentialing Specialists to join its growing US Healthcare operations team in Mohali. Key Responsibilities The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes in accordance with US healthcare standards. This includes coordinating with insurance panels, maintaining accurate provider data on platforms such as CAQH and PECOS, and ensuring timely submission and follow-up of credentialing applications. The role also involves supporting denial management, handling AR-related credentialing queries, and collaborating with the revenue cycle management team to ensure seamless provider enrollment. Senior candidates may be expected to guide and mentor junior team members as part of a team lead function. Required Qualifications Any graduate with a minimum of one year of hands-on credentialing experience in a US healthcare or BPO environment is eligible to apply. Candidates with exposure to NCQA standards, medical billing, and denial management processes will be given preference. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with credentialing software tools are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for this US shift role.
