Coupa Consultant

Role Overview Zorba AI is looking for an experienced and Coupa Certified Consultant to join their growing Coupa Practice as part of the Centre of Excellence. The selected candidate will serve as a core onsite team member handling Coupa application support and implementation for a major global CPG client. This is a high-impact role that offers exposure to both support delivery and end-to-end Coupa implementation engagements. Key Responsibilities - Serve as part of the onsite Coupa core team in India, delivering application support and ensuring seamless knowledge transition - Provide L1 and L2 support for Coupa-related issues and guide the development team through complex functional and technical challenges - Review and create functional specifications, oversee development testing, and ensure solution quality - Design and architect Coupa integrations with ERP systems, middleware platforms, and third-party applications - Develop training materials and coordinate effectively across multiple technology teams - Provide expert guidance on Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes and offer standard or customized procurement solutions Required Qualifications - Coupa Certified Professional with a minimum of 6 years of overall industry experience, including at least 4 years focused on Coupa technology - Hands-on experience with at least two Coupa implementation or rollout projects in a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect capacity - Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework as it applies to Coupa support environments - Proven expertise in configuring Coupa modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, and Expenses - Demonstrated experience building web-based integrations for S2P or P2P platforms - Familiarity with ERP applications and their integration with procurement tools is an added advantage - Good communication skills and experience in multi-vendor, onshore-offshore delivery models Why Join Us This role places you at the heart of a niche and specialised Coupa Practice within a dynamic AI-driven organisation, working on a flagship global CPG account. - Coupa Certified Professional with 6 or more years of industry experience - Minimum 4 years of hands-on Coupa technology experience - Experience on at least two Coupa implementation or rollout projects as Functional Consultant or Solution Architect - Strong knowledge of ITIL framework for application support - Expertise in Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes - Experience in configuring Coupa modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, and Expenses - Hands-on experience designing Coupa integrations with ERP, middleware, and third-party applications - Experience building web-based integrations for S2P or P2P products - Valid Coupa certification is mandatory - Knowledge of ERP applications and associated integrations - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in multi-vendor and onshore-offshore working models
