Contact Center Representative

Role Overview Neology PSquare Techsystems India, part of the globally recognized Neology Inc, is hiring Contact Center Representatives to join their growing operations team at Smart City, Kochi. This is a full-time night shift opportunity ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in IT-driven customer support and call center operations. You will be working in a structured, process-oriented environment supporting US-based clients in toll and transportation services. Key Responsibilities - Answer incoming customer calls and conduct necessary follow-up outbound calls using standard scripts and procedures - Perform accurate data entry of vehicle license plate numbers from images into the image-processing software application - Process toll transactions, video bills, payments, and account updates in the system - Research and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism throughout - Take credit card payments over the phone and process multiple types of account-related forms - Negotiate payments and fee reductions within established authority limits - Document all calls, cases, and actions in the database and record daily work statistics - Communicate with customers via phone, fax, mail, and web contact channels - Support other departments during periods of low inbound call volume - Meet or exceed daily image processing quotas while keeping error rates within acceptable limits Required Qualifications - Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass or equivalent - C1 Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication - Strong data entry skills with working knowledge of computer applications - Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred - Ability to understand and communicate with individuals speaking different languages, dialects, and accents - Excellent problem-solving ability and stress tolerance for handling difficult customer conversations - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage Why Join Us Neology PSquare Techsystems offers a stable full-time work environment backed by a global technology company with expertise in smart city and transportation solutions.
