Commercial Accounting Assistant Manager OTC

Role Overview Reckitt is seeking a Commercial Accounting Assistant Manager OTC to join our Global Business Services team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will ensure financial accuracy, strong governance, and operational excellence across the Order to Cash value chain. Key Responsibilities - Approve credit limits per delegation of authority and review customer credit risk profiles - Review, validate, and close disputes and deductions while managing related accruals - Oversee trade spend setups, rebates, promotion claims, and sales incentives validation - Publish accounts receivable aging trackers, days sales outstanding, and dispute dashboards - Support month-end close activities and resolve aged financial items with sales and finance teams - Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements - Collaborate with global teams and shared service providers to optimize operational efficiency Required Qualifications - Professional qualification as CA, CMA, or CA Inter is required - Minimum of 10 years of relevant Order to Cash experience in FMCG or manufacturing sectors - Solid accounting knowledge focusing on accruals, provisions, and revenue concepts - Hands-on experience with SAP, HighRadius, and other Order to Cash tools - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in shared services - Ability to work independently and manage complex multi-country finance operations Why Join Us At Reckitt, we offer competitive pay-for-performance incentives, global share plans, and parental benefits.
