Coding Assistant Manager

Role Overview Infinx is looking for an experienced Coding Assistant Manager to lead and support its medical coding operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising coding staff, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, and ensuring the timely delivery of coding services. You will play a pivotal part in process improvement initiatives and act as a bridge between the coding team and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Manage, supervise, and guide the day-to-day activities of the medical coding team - Monitor and ensure coding quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards - Oversee coding workflows and implement process improvements for greater efficiency - Generate performance reports and conduct data analysis to track team productivity - Design and deliver training programs to upskill coding staff on latest guidelines - Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to address coding-related queries and ensure service delivery Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum 10 years of coding experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role - Hands-on experience in specialties such as ENT, Urgent Care, Anesthesia, and Pain Management - Active CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification - Strong knowledge of medical coding standards, guidelines, and compliance requirements - Proficiency in EMR systems, Excel, and other coding and reporting tools - Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Why Join Us Infinx is a fast-growing healthcare technology company offering dynamic career growth opportunities for coding professionals who want to make a meaningful impact in revenue cycle management.
