Key Responsibilities - Review and evaluate clinical documentation and workflows for home health compliance. - Analyze clinical quality metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. - Partner with clinical and operational teams to implement best practices. - Prepare audit reports and compliance summaries for internal and client stakeholders. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home health regulations and clinical guidelines. - Support process improvement projects targeting operational efficiency and quality. - Provide recommendations and clear corrective action plans based on audit findings. Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Nursing or GNM Diploma is mandatory. - NCLEX certification is mandatory. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical quality or medical auditing. - Strong understanding of medical terminology and US healthcare compliance. - Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel. - Exceptional English communication and written skills.
