Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview Happy and Hungry - The Event Co.B. is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join their Noida-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is central to delivering exceptional event experiences by serving as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams. You will play a key part in managing high-impact corporate events, brand activations, and large-scale experiential projects across India and beyond. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and building long-term relationships - Understand client requirements and translate briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal teams across creative, production, operations, and finance - Prepare presentations, proposals, event timelines, and progress reports for client review and approval - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of event milestones and client deliverables - Participate in client meetings, review calls, and on-ground event execution as required - Track project status, manage client expectations, and proactively resolve issues to ensure satisfaction - Support budgeting processes, cost estimations, invoicing coordination, and post-event financial reconciliations Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - Proven experience in a client-facing role within events, advertising, experiential marketing, or a similar industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities - Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Basic understanding of project financials including budgets, cost estimates, and reconciliations - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work extended hours around key events when needed Why Join Us At Happy and Hungry, you will be part of a passionate collective of storytellers and experience designers who transform bold ideas into unforgettable events.
