Client Experience Associate (Third Party Payroll)

Role Overview Haworth International is seeking a client-focused Client Experience Associate (Third Party Payroll) to manage our office furniture showroom in Bengaluru. In this position, you will drive customer engagement, oversee event planning, and ensure our corporate brand identity is beautifully presented. You will collaborate closely with local designers and clients to project the best brand image in the market. Key Responsibilities - Manage the showroom facility to maintain Haworth's corporate brand standards - Act as the main host for clients, architects, and designer visitors - Plan and execute marketing events, coordinating catering, logistics, and invites - Assist visitors by conducting tours and resolving administrative inquiries - Maintain the client database and update stakeholder contact details regularly - Review and manage vendor contracts for catering, hotels, and local transit - Lead and support local marketing initiatives and promotional activities Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role with marketing or event experience - Outstanding customer experience skills with a hospitality-centric mindset - Proven ability to present and communicate effectively to walk-in clients - Professional attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities - Ability to work outside regular business hours for corporate social functions Why Join Us Haworth International offers a vibrant work culture where design meets human comfort.
