Role Overview Barclays is seeking a CBP Functions Assistant Vice President to join our Control business division in Noida. In this role, you will assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks. You will lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, and advise business leaders to support the digital and control transformation. Key Responsibilities - Assess and improve the overall control effectiveness through detailed documentation of assessments, procedures, and findings - Identify and investigate potential weaknesses and issues within internal controls to drive continuous risk mitigation - Develop comprehensive reports to communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders - Execute reviews to determine the effectiveness of the bank's internal controls framework against established policies and regulations - Coordinate with stakeholders across the bank to implement and assess controls aligned with the Barclays Controls Framework - Influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and manage operational effectiveness across business units Required Qualifications - Professional experience in Internal Audit, Control Business Partnership, Controls Assurance and Testing, or Operational Risk Management - Strong understanding of bank risk, governance, and control frameworks, including Enterprise Risk Management - Prior experience supporting control committees, governance forums, and management information reporting systems - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across complex reporting lines - Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or financial discipline from a recognized institution Why Join Us At Barclays, you will shape the evolution of our digital and risk landscape in a highly collaborative environment.
