Role Overview NTT DATA is seeking a persuasive Business Support Senior Representative to join our outbound sales division in Gurugram. In this entry-level role, you will engage Canada-based customers, promote telecom services, and drive revenue through consultative sales. Key Responsibilities - Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in Canada. - Promote and cross-sell telecom plans, service upgrades, and retention bundles. - Understand customer needs and recommend tailored product packages. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth. - Handle customer objections and rejections professionally and resiliently. - Maintain accurate client details and interaction logs in CRM databases. - Ensure compliance with sales scripts, call quality, and BPO standards. Required Qualifications - Graduation in any stream, with flexibility based on communication capabilities. - Zero to two years of experience in sales or outbound BPO voice processes. - Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral English accent. - PERSUASIVE sales mindset with excellent active listening capabilities. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software databases.
