Business Development Executive - Logistics B2B Sales - Night Shift

We are looking for a driven Freight Broker to join our Noida office on a full-time, onsite basis working the US night shift. Key Responsibilities - Source and secure freight loads from shippers while negotiating competitive rates with carriers and customers - Coordinate end-to-end shipment execution including dispatch, real-time load tracking, and on-time pickups and deliveries - Resolve in-transit issues promptly and update internal systems with accurate and current shipment data - Build and maintain strong working relationships with shippers and carriers to support repeat business and account retention - Handle customer and carrier inquiries across US time zones in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the operations team on load planning and ensure full compliance with documentation requirements - Contribute to revenue growth through efficient brokerage practices and proactive business development Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in freight brokerage including load sourcing, rate negotiation, and carrier relationship management - Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues across time zones - Hands-on dispatching experience covering shipment coordination, tracking, and stakeholder updates - Account management capability to build lasting relationships with shippers and carriers - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills suited for US-based clients and partners - Willingness and ability to work US night shift hours in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment - Proficiency with TMS platforms, logistics software, CRM tools, and standard office applications - Prior experience in US trucking or international freight operations is an added advantage - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related discipline is preferred Why Join Us At V2U Logistics, you will be part of a globally expanding freight network backed by AI-powered tracking tools and partnerships with leading carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
