Business Development Executive - Bangalore/Hyderabad

Role Overview Kosher Tissue Products is seeking a visionary and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our sales strategy across marketplaces. Operating out of Bengaluru or Hyderabad, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and making data-driven decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to own the sales cycle and directly contribute to the expansion of an FMCG brand. Key Responsibilities - Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, market research, and client meetings. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including pitching products, negotiating terms, and closing deals. - Maintain accurate customer relationship management records in Tally and Excel. - Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, invoicing, and post-sales follow-up. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management. - Prepare and submit daily activity reports and document client interactions. Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in a relevant field of study. - 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in competitive markets. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. - Strong analytical ability to drive data-led decisions and meet revenue targets. - Experience in the FMCG or consumer product industry is highly preferred.
