Business Analyst II

Role Overview Manipal Hospitals is looking for an experienced Business Analyst II to join its team in Delhi NCR. This role is central to driving data-led decision-making across assigned hospital units, supporting the Regional Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership with strategic insights and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of financial acumen, analytical thinking, and business planning expertise within a healthcare or services environment. Key Responsibilities - Drive comprehensive data analysis to support business performance across assigned units - Prepare and deliver weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports covering sales, marketing, financial, and operational efficiency metrics - Develop and track the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in coordination with Finance and Marketing teams - Build dashboards and presentations with in-depth unit-level performance analysis, including root cause identification for underperformance - Provide strategic input into revenue and cost reporting and collaborate with top management on organisational strategy - Conduct competitor revenue analysis and share actionable insights with key stakeholders - Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements - Ensure timely preparation and delivery of MIS reports and leadership presentations - Interpret data trends and patterns to inform and support business decisions Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline or B.Tech or B.E. in any specialisation - MBA or PGDM in any specialisation preferred - 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in business analytics, financial planning and analysis, or a similar role - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities - Demonstrated business modelling skills and experience in financial insights - Good leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with senior management Why Join Us Manipal Hospitals is one of India's leading multi-specialty hospital networks, offering a dynamic work environment where your analytical expertise directly shapes strategic decisions at the highest levels.
