As Brand Head, you will be the strategic force behind the brand's identity, growth, and mission-driven communication across all platforms. Key Responsibilities - Lead and own the overall brand strategy for Ara Lumiere and Ara Pret, ensuring alignment with the brand's core values of empowerment, inclusivity, and sustainability - Oversee collection planning, development, and execution in close coordination with design, production, merchandising, marketing, and sales teams - Develop and implement marketing and brand-building strategies to increase visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth - Build and maintain partnerships with media houses, influencers, industry bodies, and social impact organisations to amplify brand presence - Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify and act on growth opportunities - Ensure consistency in brand communication, storytelling, and customer experience across all digital, social media, and press channels - Manage budgets, project timelines, and execution milestones to meet business objectives - Mentor, build, and lead high-performing teams while fostering cross-departmental collaboration Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Marketing, or a related discipline - Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion, luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands - Strong understanding of both creative design processes and brand marketing strategies - Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively - Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and improve brand performance metrics - Excellent project management and organisational skills with a focus on timely execution - Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities - Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of creative vision and commercial acumen Why Join Us Ara Lumiere offers a rare opportunity to lead a brand that creates genuine social impact while operating at the intersection of fashion, art, and human resilience.
