Branch Manager

Role Overview GarbhaGudi IVF Centre is seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our clinic operations in Hosur. You will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and administrative performance of the center, ensuring a patient-centric approach. Join us to oversee team productivity, drive business development, and enforce compliance in fertility healthcare. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations, including front office, patient counseling, cashiering, and scheduling. - Drive branch revenue, profitability, and EBITDA performance through cost and billing controls. - Maintain high patient satisfaction and resolve billing or service concerns promptly. - Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule duty rosters for the front office team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external referral doctors. - Ensure strict compliance with medical regulations, company policies, and NABH documentation. - Coordinate with internal departments and present operational metrics to leadership. Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in healthcare or hospital administration and operations. - Strong knowledge of revenue cycle, P&L management, and billing workflows. - Proven team leadership abilities with experience managing front-of-house staff. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. - Understanding of healthcare compliance, patient records, and NABH standards.
