BPO Business Support Senior Associate

Role Overview NTT DATA is seeking a BPO Business Support Senior Associate for our international customer team in Gurugram. In this role, you will perform consultative sales and support calls to Canadian telecom customers, representing our global brand. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound consultative sales calls to engage prospective and existing customers - Explain the features and benefits of telecom plans, bundles, and upgrades - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and customer engagement metrics - Manage customer objections and rejections professionally and resiliently - Log call outcomes and customer details accurately inside the CRM platform - Participate in quality training sessions to improve process knowledge and skills - Ensure complete compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards Required Qualifications - Prior experience in outbound sales, customer retention, or customer relationship roles - Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent - Strong persuasive abilities, customer empathy, and active listening skills - Graduation degree or equivalent academic qualification - Technical familiarity with CRM systems and basic office applications Why Join Us NTT DATA offers ongoing career development opportunities and barrier-free learning tools.
