As a Benefits Administration Services Associate II, you will play a key role in supporting participants through their benefits journey by providing accurate guidance and responsive service. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for professionals with a background in benefits administration, case management, or call center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise participants on plan provisions to help them make informed decisions about their benefits
- Handle client inquiries received through phone and web channels in a timely and professional manner
- Complete benefit-related transactions with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
- Create detailed call documentation and case notes in the case management system
- Follow up on callbacks promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as needed
- Adhere to call center performance metrics, quality standards, and established procedural guidelines
- Guide participants through the completion of relevant forms and paperwork
- Comply with all company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised institution
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in benefits administration, case management, or a call center environment
- Strong understanding of employee benefits plan provisions and medical or HR-related processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timeliness and accuracy benchmarks
- Proficiency in using case management and CRM tools
