Avature Configuration Specialist - Executive or Assistant Manager

Role Overview Macquarie is looking for a skilled Avature Configuration Specialist at the Executive or Assistant Manager level to join its engineering team in Hyderabad. This is a high-impact, full-time permanent role within a large-scale digital transformation programme where you will serve as the subject matter expert for the Avature platform. You will be responsible for configuring and delivering end-to-end Talent Acquisition capabilities including recruitment workflows, offer management, onboarding, and candidate experience solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design and configure scalable Avature solutions covering recruitment, offer management, onboarding modules, Portal Apps Builder, Junction, workflows, and forms - Translate complex business requirements into effective, optimised Avature platform configurations aligned with enterprise integration standards - Collaborate with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to ensure solutions support end-to-end hiring lifecycle best practices - Work with integration environments including APIs and middleware, and troubleshoot configuration or workflow issues as they arise - Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, manage release cycles, and maintain thorough documentation of all configurations Required Qualifications - 4 to 8 or more years of hands-on Avature configuration and solution delivery experience - Strong proficiency in Avature Recruitment modules including offer and onboarding workflows, Portal Apps Builder, Junction, forms, and workflows - Solid understanding of the complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle and industry best practices - Experience working with API integrations and middleware concepts along with strong troubleshooting and optimisation skills - Any graduate or postgraduate qualification is acceptable - Ability to manage delivery ownership and work autonomously in an engineering-led environment Why Join Us Macquarie fosters an autonomous engineering culture where professionals are empowered to do things right and continuously sharpen their expertise.
