Key Responsibilities - Track receipt of borrower documents and ensure compliance requirements are met for the respective period or setup - Review legal documents and set up reporting requirements accurately in the backshop system - Interpret task requests and complete them within stipulated timelines while maintaining process KPIs and quality standards - Coordinate with the onshore team to implement process changes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Handle borrower calls professionally with thorough process knowledge and effective communication Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance - 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related financial services domain - Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in navigating multiple data sources and accurately entering information into templates and internal systems - Good working knowledge of MS Office applications - Familiarity with Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) industry is an added advantage - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Why Join Us Trimont fosters a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning where professionals are empowered to take ownership of their careers and grow alongside some of the largest institutional lenders in the world.
