Associate Systems Support Engineer

Role Overview Join Harris Computer in Pune as an Associate Systems Support Engineer and become a key part of our IT operations group. You will focus on monitoring, optimizing, and securing critical server infrastructure and application databases. Help us deliver high system availability and excellent uptime for our global business applications. Key Responsibilities - Monitor infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, LogicMonitor, and AppDynamics. - Perform database health checks and basic SQL performance tuning tasks. - Administer Windows Server and IIS environments, applying updates and patches. - Deliver timely L1 and L2 technical support for critical system incidents. - Support root cause analysis efforts to enhance system stability and reliability. - Update and maintain operating manuals and technical systems documentation. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience. - 1 to 3 years of experience in system support and monitoring operations. - Proficiency with application performance tools like AppDynamics or LogicMonitor. - Basic understanding of SQL queries and Windows server management. - Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
