Associate Systems Support Engineer

Role Overview Harris Computer is seeking a dedicated Associate Systems Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT operations team in Pune. In this role, you will monitor and maintain the performance of critical applications and infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to diagnose system incidents and implement configurations. Key Responsibilities - Monitor applications and infrastructure using AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor. - Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of SQL databases. - Manage the functionality and performance of Windows servers and IIS configurations. - Diagnose system incidents and provide L1 and L2 support according to established SLAs. - Participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurring IT issues. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and incident responses. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of professional experience in systems monitoring and support roles. - Familiarity with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor. - Basic knowledge of SQL databases, Windows Server administration, and IIS. - Ability to work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts and on-call schedules.
