Associate Strategic Program Manager

Role Overview Fictiv is seeking an Associate Strategic Program Manager to join our office in Bengaluru, working overnight hours to align with US Pacific Standard Time. In this role, you will help leading enterprises and startups accelerate product launches while maintaining high quality standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure programs deliver on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Support the Strategic Program Management team in executing complex manufacturing and engineering programs - Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Logistics, and DFM teams to align projects with customer expectations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date program status and metrics across multiple database systems - Apply manufacturing operations knowledge to identify process gaps and drive continuous efficiency improvements - Track project milestones, manage timeline adjustments, and handle customer change requests - Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the company Quality Management System Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering - 3 or more years of manufacturing operations experience, or 1 to 2 years of related project experience - Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, 3D printing, or injection molding - Strong program management, organizational, and prioritizing skills - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Ability to travel 10% annually and work overnight IST hours Why Join Us Join an empathetic and collaborative team that values respect, growth, and continuous learning.
