Associate Service Desk Representative

Role Overview Diebold Nixdorf is seeking an Associate Service Desk Representative for a remote customer support role in Hyderabad. You will act as the first point of contact, answering inbound queries and registering calls in the ticketing system. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build a career in technical support. Key Responsibilities - Answer inbound customer calls and record details into the ticketing system. - Verify contract coverage and caller details for all reported incidents. - Guide customers using solution protocols to resolve password resets and configurations. - Use remote troubleshooting tools to diagnose and solve technical issues. - Monitor assigned tasks in the work queue and update tickets accordingly. - Document all troubleshooting activities in knowledge management databases. - Escalate unresolved incidents to higher-level teams following procedures. Required Qualifications - Graduate degree or equivalent educational qualification. - Zero to two years of experience in customer service or helpdesk support. - Basic familiarity with computers and remote access software. - Good written and verbal English communication skills. - Active listening and customer service orientation.
