Key Responsibilities - Manage and analyse financial data related to the revenue cycle to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline and optimise revenue cycle management workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, administrative, and finance departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations - Identify potential risks within the revenue cycle and take proactive steps to mitigate them - Provide training, guidance, and support to junior team members to strengthen overall team performance - Ensure all processes adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices - Handle medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and AR calling as required Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or a related healthcare operations role - Proficiency with electronic health records systems and healthcare management software - Strong understanding of claims adjudication, denial management, and compliance frameworks - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills - Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Medcare Hospital and Medical Centres is a respected healthcare provider with a strong commitment to patient well-being and operational excellence.
