Wells Fargo is hiring an Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to join its growing team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities
As part of the Fraud & Claims Operations team, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting fraudulent activity or filing claims. You will gather all relevant details from customers, maintain accurate records, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest standard of service. You will investigate new and existing claims by conducting thorough research into complex account activity, identify ways to enhance the overall customer experience, and take appropriate action to resolve issues efficiently. Working in a call centre environment, you will handle inbound calls, balance investigative rigour with empathetic customer engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless resolutions. You will take guidance from your team lead and escalate complex queries to senior colleagues when required.
Required Qualifications
A background in customer service of at least 6 months, whether through professional work, training programmes, military service, or formal education, is required for this role. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience or equivalent through work, training, military background, or education
Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised institution
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle inbound customer calls in a call centre setting
Basic understanding of fraud, claims, or financial services operations is a plus
Willingness to follow established processes and comply with regulatory guidelines
