Associate Deal Desk Specialist

Role Overview Join Convera as an Associate Deal Desk Specialist in Pune to process B2B customer transactions and support our global sales network. In this role, you will ensure high data entry accuracy and a prompt, smooth end-to-end customer payment experience. You will work within the 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM shift to support critical early-morning business. Key Responsibilities - Enter B2B customer transactions received via email and cases with high accuracy - Communicate directly with customers using the internal case management system - Handle customer enquiries and transaction requests within agreed service levels - Escalate complex or out-of-scope transactions with clear supporting details - Maintain accurate transaction logs and documentation for audit compliance - Manage case queues to meet key performance indicators and SLAs Required Qualifications - Prior experience in operational, transactional, or customer-facing roles - Strong attention to detail with a focus on data entry accuracy and speed - Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain payment guidelines - Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, case-driven environment - Ability to work early morning shifts from 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST Why Join Us We offer a competitive salary, annual bonus opportunities, and excellent career progression in a fast-growing B2B payments organization.
