Role Overview Genpact is seeking a Customer Care Associate for a non-voice role in Gurugram. You will be responsible for handling customer queries via email, chat, and social media platforms while delivering accurate and timely information. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields. - Zero to one year of experience, with freshers highly encouraged to apply. - Professional certifications like CCSR or CDP are highly desirable. - Strong written English communication skills at a B2 proficiency level. - Good problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric mindset.
