Job Description

Role Overview This position offers the opportunity to manage critical finance functions across Accounts Receivables and General Ledger operations. You will oversee billing, collections, AR aging, general ledger closing, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and lead finance teams to ensure healthy cash flow and accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing to customers - Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to drive collections - Manage AR aging analysis and develop collection strategies to minimize outstanding dues - Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare journal entries - Maintain general ledger integrity and chart of accounts while ensuring compliance with IND AS and IFRS standards - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes in coordination with sales teams - Prepare AR reports and financial dashboards for management review and decision making - Lead and mentor AR team members while driving process improvements and internal controls Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in B.B.A., B.M.S. in Finance, B.Com or equivalent - MBA, PGDM, ICWA (CMA), CA, or M.Com qualification preferred - 4 to 9 years of experience in Accounts Receivables and General Ledger management - Strong knowledge of IND AS and IFRS accounting standards - Proficiency in AR GL operations, Record to Report, and OTC processes Why Join Us EXL is a leading BPM and BPO company offering excellent career growth opportunities and exposure to global finance operations. Requirements
