Assistant Manager

Role Overview Marriott International is seeking an Assistant Manager to support our food and beverage operations in Hyderabad. You will assist in daily restaurant supervision, maintain high sanitation standards, and support floor activities during peak meal times. Key Responsibilities - Monitor employee performance and provide service-oriented feedback on the floor. - Supervise daily shift operations in the restaurant and related dining areas. - Communicate food quality and service issues directly to the Chef and Manager. - Ensure compliance with all brand standards, policies, and local alcohol regulations. - Manage dining operations to achieve or exceed budgeted financial goals. - Interact with guests to gather feedback and resolve customer service issues. - Support ongoing training and development initiatives for the service team. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent general education degree. - Four or more years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality management. - Strong understanding of guest service principles and food safety standards. - Excellent interpersonal and team coordination abilities. - Capability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
