Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to the conversion of opportunities. - Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline to achieve individual and team targets. - Propose customized Air and Ocean freight solutions to meet customer logistics requirements. - Resolve customer service issues and queries promptly to ensure client satisfaction. - Utilize DHL's Sales 360 tool effectively to track activities and enhance sales productivity. - Collaborate with product and customer service teams to deliver on customer expectations. - Share key market insights and industry trends with managers to support strategic decisions. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field, with a postgraduate degree in Sales or Marketing preferred. - 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably within logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding. - Strong proficiency in using CRM tools and sales pipelines for tracking activities. - Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
