AR Calling Executive - International Voice Process (Healthcare BPO)

Role Overview Coronis Ajuba Solutions Pvt Ltd is conducting a Walk-in Drive to onboard motivated and communication-driven freshers and early professionals for its International Voice Process team in Chennai. The role operates on US time zones (complete night shift) and is based out of the company's Tidel Park office in Taramani. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing patient billing accounts and determining the appropriate course of action for resolution. You will place outbound calls to US-based insurance companies on behalf of physicians and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable. You will manage and prioritize pending claims from the aging basket to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will verify the accuracy and completeness of patient insurance information, flagging discrepancies as needed. Complex or difficult collection cases must be escalated promptly to the management team to avoid further delays. Required Qualifications Candidates with any undergraduate degree or diploma, including those with academic backlogs, are welcome to apply. Prior experience of up to one year in an international voice calling environment is acceptable, and freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged.
