AR Caller / Senior AR Caller - US Healthcare Medical Billing

Role Overview Uthrat Healthcare Solutions is actively hiring AR Callers and Senior AR Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team at our Tiruchirappalli office. This is a full-time, permanent night shift role ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in medical billing, denial management, and accounts receivable for US healthcare clients. We are looking for immediate joiners who can confidently handle insurance calls and claim processes. Key Responsibilities - Handle denials, rejections, prior authorizations, eligibility verifications, and necessary claim adjustments for US healthcare clients - Make outbound calls to insurance companies and accurately document all action steps in the claim billing summary notes - Follow up on pending claims in a timely and accurate manner to ensure resolution - Identify billing issues and escalate them to the direct supervisor with proper reporting - Update and maintain daily production logs in line with company standards - Meet daily and monthly collection targets and adhere strictly to client productivity goals - Comply with all internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications - Any graduate with 6 months to 2 years of experience in US healthcare accounts receivable or medical billing - Sound knowledge of denial management, insurance calling, and revenue cycle management - Comfortable communicating with US-based insurance providers over the phone - Ability to meet collection and productivity targets within defined timelines - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Immediate joiners preferred Why Join Us Uthrat Healthcare Solutions is a globally registered company operating in both the USA and India, offering complete revenue cycle management, IT, and financial services to US healthcare providers.
