AR Caller / Senior AR Caller - US Healthcare

Role Overview Avontix Global Pvt. Ltd. is actively looking for AR Callers and Senior AR Callers to join its growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in medical billing, US insurance calling, or healthcare BPO to build a strong career in accounts receivable management. The role involves handling end-to-end claims follow-up with US insurance carriers to ensure timely reimbursement for patient services. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with US insurance companies to ensure timely processing of patient claims - Document all interactions with insurance payers and record estimated payment dates - Review and verify that claim fields are complete and accurate before submission - Attach supporting documentation such as operative notes, invoices, and other required records - Submit paper claims when required and maintain daily activity logs - Use accounts receivable system reports to monitor and manage outstanding claims - Prioritize accounts based on high dollar value and number of days in AR - Process write-offs and refund requests in line with company protocols - Maintain batch logs sorted by date and file monthly activity charts by facility Required Qualifications - Any graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in AR calling or US healthcare BPO - Strong understanding of US medical billing, insurance claim processes, and revenue cycle management - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with payers, patients, and internal teams - Detail-oriented with strategic thinking and investigative skills to resolve claim discrepancies - Ability to multitask, prioritize high-value accounts, and work effectively in a team environment - Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours Why Join Us Avontix offers a supportive work environment with shift allowances, transport support, and on-site dinner for night shift staff, making it a great place to grow your healthcare BPO career. - 1 to 4 years of experience in AR calling or US healthcare revenue cycle - Knowledge of US insurance and medical billing processes - Experience with voice-based insurance follow-up calls - Familiarity with accounts receivable management systems and reports - Strong attention to detail and ability to review claims for accuracy - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work night shifts (US hours) - Any graduate degree accepted
