AR Caller - Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview We are seeking an AR Caller with expertise in denial management and revenue cycle management to join our growing team at R1 RCM. You will play a crucial role in managing claim denials, following up with payers, and ensuring optimal cash collection for our healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with insurance payers to track claim status and identify resolution opportunities - Analyze denial reasons and develop effective strategies to resolve claim rejections - Work proactively to prevent claims from being written off through timely follow-ups - Operate billing scrubbers and make necessary edits to improve claim accuracy - Handle contractual adjustments and write-off projects to maximize revenue recovery - Maintain excellent cash collection and claim resolution rates - Demonstrate strong calling and probing skills while managing denial cases effectively Required Qualifications - Seven months to one point six years of hands-on experience in AR calling and denial management - Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) with minimum one year of RCM industry experience - Proficient English communication skills with clear articulation - Sound knowledge of billing scrubber operations and claim editing - Understanding of denial codes and revenue cycle management concepts - Ability to work night shift from six PM to three AM Why Join Us R1 RCM is recognized among the Top 25 Best Companies to Work For in 2024 by the Great Place to Work Institute.
