AR Caller - Medical Billing US Healthcare RCM

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled AR Caller with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team in Gurugram. - 1 to 4 years of experience in AR calling in US Healthcare RCM - Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes - Excellent English communication skills - Proficiency in Hindi is preferred - Familiarity with medical billing, claim follow-up, and denial management - Ability to meet KPIs for call volume and customer satisfaction - Diploma in any specialization (minimum education) - Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality
