Job Description

Role Overview Sagility India is hiring AR Callers with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management for an inbound patient support role based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling patient billing queries, working with EOBs, and navigating insurance claim processes. This is a full-time permanent night shift role aligned to US timings. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound calls from patients and resolve billing, payment, and account-related queries - Explain charges, payment options, and insurance coverage details clearly to patients - Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and insurance remittance documents - Assist patients with payment status updates, account balances, and claim inquiries - Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve outstanding patient concerns - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions - Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines and all applicable company policies Required Qualifications - 0.6 to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling - Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes - Knowledge of EOBs, insurance claims, denial management, and patient billing - B2-level or above verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work night shifts aligned to US business hours - Any graduate or postgraduate degree accepted Why Join Us Sagility offers you the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced US Healthcare environment with end-to-end exposure to RCM processes. Requirements

- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling - Hands-on knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - Familiarity with EOBs, insurance claims, and denial handling - Experience in inbound voice processes preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or above) - Ability to work in night shift (US timings) - Experience with patient billing and collections is an advantage - Basic understanding of medical terminology and insurance workflows
