AR Caller - Executive and Senior Executive (US Healthcare)

Role Overview Unislink is actively looking for experienced AR Callers at the Executive and Senior Executive levels to join its growing healthcare revenue cycle team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for professionals with hands-on experience in US healthcare billing and accounts receivable processes. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred and a relieving letter from your previous employer is mandatory. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending claims and outstanding accounts receivable - Handle denial management by identifying reasons for claim rejections and initiating appropriate appeals or corrections - Manage end-to-end AR follow-up to ensure timely resolution and reimbursement of claims - Document all call details, claim statuses, and actions taken accurately in the billing system - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure clean claim submissions - Meet daily and weekly productivity targets for call volume and AR resolution Required Qualifications - Any graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in AR calling within the US healthcare domain - Strong working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and denial management processes - Familiarity with US insurance payers, claim submission procedures, and reimbursement workflows - Ability to work night shifts as per US business hours - Good communication skills in English with attention to detail - Relieving letter from previous employer is mandatory for consideration Why Join Us Unislink offers a dynamic work environment in the heart of Hitech City with opportunities to grow within the US healthcare BPO space.
