AR Caller and Senior AR Caller - Physician Billing CMS1500

Role Overview Q Way Technologies is hiring experienced AR Callers and Senior AR Callers to join their physician billing team at their Guindy, Chennai office. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong background in US healthcare revenue cycle management, denial handling, and AR follow-up. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable calling for physician billing and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding insurance claims - Analyse and resolve claim denials by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions within defined timelines - Manage the complete denial management lifecycle including documentation, tracking, and resolution - Prepare and submit appeals for denied or underpaid claims in accordance with individual payer guidelines - Review rejected claims, correct errors, and resubmit them accurately within required timeframes - Follow up with insurance companies to verify claim status, payment updates, and resolve billing discrepancies - Handle Worker Compensation claims with proper documentation, billing compliance, and follow-up - Review and verify medical coding accuracy including ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes before claim submission - Create and submit claims while adhering to billing regulations and payer-specific requirements - Maintain detailed records of calls, claim statuses, and updates in the billing system - Coordinate with internal coding, billing, and provider teams to resolve complex claim issues - Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies throughout all billing activities - Consistently meet productivity benchmarks and quality targets set by the organisation Required Qualifications - Any graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in physician billing and AR calling - Solid understanding of US healthcare billing processes and revenue cycle management - Proficiency in denial management, claims appeals, and rejection resolution - Working knowledge of medical coding standards including ICD, CPT, and HCPCS - Familiarity with Worker Compensation billing and CMS1500 claim forms - Strong communication skills for effective coordination with insurance companies and internal teams Why Join Us Q Way Technologies offers a structured work environment with clear productivity goals, giving AR professionals a strong platform to sharpen their skills and build a long-term career in US healthcare billing.
