Role Overview This position involves managing accounts receivable follow-up and denial management for US healthcare clients. You will be responsible for contacting insurance companies, resolving denied claims, and ensuring timely processing of healthcare payments. The role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of the US healthcare billing and claims processes. Key Responsibilities - Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and pending claims - Prioritize unpaid claims and coordinate with insurers to reprocess denied claims - Verify patient insurance details, eligibility, and benefits information - Request Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) for paid claims and correct claim submissions based on feedback - Monitor and update claim statuses while addressing issues with insurance companies - Maintain detailed records of all communications and claim resolutions Required Qualifications - 1 to 2 years of experience in AR follow-up or denial management for US healthcare - Strong verbal communication skills in English - Knowledge of denial management principles and physician billing processes - Ability to work night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM Why Join Us Rapid Care is a growing healthcare organization committed to efficient revenue cycle management and patient care support. - 1 to 2 years AR follow-up or denial management experience in US healthcare - Strong English verbal communication skills - Knowledge of denial management and physician billing - Night shift availability (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM) - Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes - Ability to handle multiple claims and prioritize effectively
