AR Associate Fresher

Role Overview Gebbs Healthcare Solutions is looking for motivated freshers to join its Revenue Cycle Management team as AR Associates in Mumbai. In this full-time voice process role, you will be responsible for following up with insurance companies on outstanding medical claims and ensuring timely reimbursements for healthcare providers across the USA. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build a career in healthcare BPO and medical billing. Key Responsibilities - Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on pending and unpaid medical claims - Appeal denied claims and resubmit corrected claims to insurance companies in a timely manner - Identify and correct billing errors to ensure accurate claim processing - Analyze remittance advice and reconcile payments against outstanding accounts receivable - Maintain thorough and accurate records of all communications and claim statuses - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets as per project SLAs Required Qualifications - Undergraduate or graduate fresher; any stream is acceptable - Minimum 6 months of experience in a non-BPO, domestic BPO, or international BPO environment preferred - Good working knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and denial management - Strong communication skills with comfort in a voice-based process - Analytical thinking and ability to resolve payment discrepancies - Willingness to work rotational shifts Why Join Us Gebbs Healthcare Solutions is a globally recognized healthcare outsourcing company offering strong career growth and skill development in the medical billing and RCM domain.
