AR Analyst - US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview Amromed is urgently hiring AR Analysts to join its growing healthcare revenue cycle management team based in Chennai. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited for professionals with hands-on experience in US healthcare billing and claims processing. The role operates Monday to Saturday during day shift hours. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end insurance follow-ups for outstanding claims with US payers - Manage denial management activities including identifying denial trends and initiating corrective actions - Review and reconcile payment postings to ensure accurate financial records - Monitor and manage aging reports to reduce outstanding AR balances - Prepare and submit appeals and re-submissions for denied or underpaid claims - Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic billing issues and recommend improvements Required Qualifications - Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS medical coding systems - Familiarity with US health insurance types including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers - Hands-on experience with healthcare billing software such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena - Understanding of HIPAA compliance guidelines and claims adjudication processes - Any graduate degree is acceptable; healthcare or medical billing background is preferred - Willingness to work on Saturdays as part of the regular work week Why Join Us Amromed offers a stable and growth-oriented environment within the US healthcare analytics space, giving you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in revenue cycle management.
