Apprenticeship - Technical Support

Role Overview Kyndryl is hiring an Intern for our Technical Support Apprenticeship program in Greater Noida. In this role, you will undergo an immersive learning program to build core business and technical support skills. You will act as the first line of defense in resolving client technical issues while receiving structured mentorship to kickstart your IT career. Key Responsibilities - Deliver Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and networking services. - Troubleshoot operating systems, email clients, and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams. - Handle password resets, entitlement checks, and incident logging in ticketing systems. - Coordinate with advanced technical teams to escalate complex issues. - Monitor service outages and update client status messages accordingly. - Maintain accurate software license and hardware inventory records. Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Computer Applications, BSc in Computer Science, or related circuit branches. - Graduates in B.Com with at least one completed computer science course are also eligible. - Basic understanding of IT fundamentals and networking concepts. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Positive learning attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
