Role Overview Kyndryl is seeking a motivated Technical Support Apprentice to join our Early Careers team in Hyderabad. In this entry-level role, you will undergo immersive training to build essential technical and business skills. Key Responsibilities - Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and networking services. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, email, Office 365, and VPNs. - Handle password resets, entitlement checks, and log incidents using IT ticketing tools. - Coordinate with senior engineers and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams. - Maintain accurate records of software licenses and hardware inventory. - Meet service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure high customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications - Graduate with a BCA, BSc in Computer Science, or BCom with at least one computer course. - Basic understanding of IT fundamentals, operating systems, and computer networking. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset. - Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, or Webex.
