Application Tech Support Practitioner

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an Application Tech Support Practitioner to join our talented technology team in Pune. You will serve as the essential link between our clients and key software applications, ensuring optimal performance. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary interface between the client and application systems. - Administer and optimize MySQL databases to ensure high performance and uptime. - Troubleshoot and resolve client system issues in a timely and structured manner. - Implement backup and recovery strategies for corporate MySQL database servers. - Document client interactions and resolutions to enhance overall support quality. - Participate actively in team discussions to propose solutions for work-related problems. Required Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration. - Strong understanding of database optimization, performance tuning, and query analysis. - Experience with database backup, recovery, and security best practices. - Educational background consisting of 15 years of full-time education. - Excellent client-facing communication and collaborative troubleshooting skills.
