Application Tech Support Practitioner

Role Overview Accenture is seeking a dedicated Application Tech Support Practitioner specializing in Genesys Cloud CX in Bengaluru. You will manage day-to-day contact center operations, troubleshoot system issues, and serve as the main interface between clients and our platform. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2 support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud CX platform components. - Design and configure call flows and IVR systems using Genesys Architect. - Troubleshoot networks and SIP trunking protocols by reading logs and system traces. - Coordinate with telecoms and vendors to resolve complex connection issues. - Partner with clients to create clear, functional design documents. - Identify automation opportunities to streamline team efforts and optimize performance. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15 years of full-time education. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX configurations and support. - Proficient in reading logs from agents, SIP messages, and network protocols. - Effective communication and client-coordination skills.
